Fixed Services Customer: Mi Liberty

You are an internet, fixed telephony, and/or video customer. You can download your invoices and make payments, manage call forwarding, and check your service status here. Access here.

My Liberty App

Manage your business account and handle services from your smartphone or tablet with our My Liberty PR App.
Available for iOS and Android.

Business Value Packs

You are a Business Protection Pack, Business Power Cloud Pack, or e-Store Business Pack client. You can manage your services by logging into your portal here.

If your account is still in the process of being updated in our systems, you can access it here.

Mobile Customer with Updated System

For customers with 30 lines or less. To pay your bill, you can call us at 787-699-0000, pay through our IVR system by dialing 611, or visit your nearest Liberty store. Soon, you will also be able to make payments and more through My Liberty.
